Nghiên cứu sự tạo phức của mangan với 1-(2- Pyridylazo) -2-Naphtol(pan) trong môi trường nước – Etanol và ứng dụng để chế tạo KIT xác định hàm lượng Mn(II) trong môi trường nước

Study complexation of Mn( II) with (2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol(pan) in water- etanol solution, using for manufacture of the kit for Mn(II) determination)

The complexation of Mn(II) with 1-(2-Pyridylazo)-2-naphthol(PAN) in water- etanol solution was investigated. The spectrophotometric results show that, at pH = 9 with metal/ligand ratio of 1:2 the complex strongly absorb visible light, displayed a strength maximum absorbance at 580nm. The investigated complex is suitable for manufacture of the KIT for fast determination of Mn(II).
